Ali Al-Abdallah Welcomes the President of Rafik Hariri University to Amaco Group: Strengthening University-Industry Collaboration to Support Lebanon's Future and Its Students

 
 
 
Ali Al-Abdallah, Chairman of Amaco Group, welcomed Professor Saeed El Ladki, the newly appointed President of Rafik Hariri University accompanied by the University’s Vice President, Mr. Hisham Kobrosli, to Amaco’s headquarters in Sidon. This visit marks a continuation of the ongoing partnership between Rafik Hariri University and Amaco Group, particularly in the engineering disciplines with a focus on mechanical sciences and related fields. The Board of Trustees of Rafik Hariri University, led by Mrs. Nazik Rafik Hariri, announced the selection of Professor Saeed El Ladki as University President, effective August 2024.
 
During the visit, Mr. Al-Abdallah expressed his warm regards, stating, “It is a pleasure to welcome Professor El Ladki and Mr. Kobrosli to Amaco. This visit is especially meaningful, and I extend my deepest congratulations to Professor El Ladki on his appointment as President of Rafik Hariri University. Professor El Ladki is a distinguished Lebanese academic, and we are confident that his vast experience in academia and research will lead to significant achievements at the University. I would like to emphasize that collaboration between the university and the private sector is essential in supporting the future of Lebanon and its students.”
He further added, "In support of the University’s mission, we are committed to providing all our expertise and industry connections, particularly in the fields of machinery and technology, to assist both Professor El Ladki and the University’s administration. With nearly four decades of experience, we have a proven track record in supporting specialized education in mechanical engineering and related industries. We firmly believe in Rafik Hariri University’s potential to produce graduates who are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the global business landscape."
 
 
 
 
Mr. Al-Abdallah continued, “Professor El Ladki brings with him a comprehensive strategic vision aimed at advancing several key objectives, including enhancing the capabilities of Lebanese students and empowering them to excel in their chosen fields.
