The Iraqi Ambassador Mr. Haidar Chayah Al Barrak visiting AMACO GROUP company .

The Iraqi Ambassador Mr. Al-Barrak was accompanied by a delegation from the embassy led by the Commercial Attaché Mashreq Ismail Muhammad and met Mr.Ali Al Abdallah the founder of AMACO GROUP.
Al Barrak declared, that Iraq will always stand "by Lebanon's side." which has historical relations with the people and the Iraqi leadership. Adding: “Although the economic crises and all what’s happening right now, AMACO GROUP never gave up and it is achieving many successes and prosperity, especially in Iraq.”
In addition, Ambassador Al-Barrak invited the public and private sectors in Lebanon to participate in the "Second Iraqi-Lebanese Business Conference" that will be held on January 10-1- 2022 in Baghdad.
For his part, Mr. Ali Al-Abdallah thanked the Iraqi Ambassador for his visit and for always standing by Lebanon, and stressing the importance of Iraqi support in various fields.
During the visit, Al-Barrak praised the great development achieved by AMACO GROUP, and praised the company's management initiative to rebuild its workshop, which were badly damaged as a result of the Beirut Port explosion. He considered that this step embodies the ability of the Lebanese to overcome serious events and rise again. Al-Barrak added that the expansion of the activities of Amaco group at the global level, its distinction and success, and its ability to develop the relations that link it with the Iraqi private sector are steps worthy of congratulations and appreciation.
Al Barrak was also welcomed to visit AMACO group workshops and factories to see the advanced technologies that AMACO group achieved it in the past years.
For his part, Al-Abdallah said: "We have made great efforts to achieve success in AMACO group, and our goal has always been to build trust with all markets, and for this reason we have achieved a wide spread in Iraq. Today, the best Iraqi hygienic paper products are manufactured through AMACO machines, and Iraqi companies know for sure that the machines of AMACO GROUP provide stable, reliable and technologically advanced solutions in the world of sanitary paper. We have succeeded in Iraq just as we have succeeded in all Arab and foreign markets that depend on our machines to obtain a distinguished level of products. One of the most important keys to the excellence of our company is the technological systems we adopt and the continuous technical upgrades that the company's machines receive. We also focus on permanent training for work teams and employees, and on developing their skills through training courses, developing individual professional capabilities, and keeping pace with global technological developments in the hygienic paper machinery sector.”
During the visit, the Ambassador and the commercial attaché watched two short documentaries about the success story of AMACO GROUP, the access of its activities to international markets, and the company's reconstruction process for its facilities that were destroyed as a result of the explosion of the Port of Beirut. They also viewed a group of hygienic paper products manufactured by the most important Iraqi companies through hygienic paper converting machines produced by AMACO GROUP.
At the end of his visit, the Ambassador Mr. Al-Barrak received from Mr. Al-Abdallah an honorary appreciation award. As he thanked him for the efforts towards Lebanon, as well as the Lebanese-Iraqi relations.
